Located in Washington, D.C.’s ‘Golden Triangle,’ the new offices of California-based Berkeley Research Group, a leading global strategic advisory and expert services firm, features a modern workplace environment that expresses the company's unique personality and history.
Berkeley Research Group worked with the Gensler Washington, D.C. team and Hogue, a Knoll dealer in San Francisco, to design a space that supports the company's "deep dive team work" process. The space facilitates a linear work flow with private offices, open plan workstations, benching and Activity Spaces.
For its private offices, the company selected Reff Profiles™ with a combination of custom glass overheads, wood veneer, laminate and painted components, which allowed for a wide range of aesthetic options.
Open plan workstations blend AutoStrada®, which delivers a comprehensive, architectural system that accommodates a full spectrum of workplace needs, and Dividends Horizon®, which features a full portfolio of reconfigurable panel and benching options. Sapper™ Monitor Arms and Sparrow™ Desktop Lights in open plan and private offices allow users to fine-tune individual work environments.
Activity Spaces, including an enclave that features Dividends Horizon® X-Base Tables and Sprite Chairs and a cafe with Gigi Chairs, provide secondary spaces for collaboration.
