MMA Financial

When real estate investor MMA Financial moved to a new site on the Tampa coast, the company worked with Urban Studio Architects to create a light-filled workplace with a “Florida” look and feel. A major objective of the project was to take advantage of the stunning Tampa Bay views, which prompted Urban Studio to maintain a sense of openness throughout the office with a clean architectural style. In the private offices and workstations, rich blues, browns and golds play off of the sea and sand colors of the ocean. All of these goals were achieved with Knoll Morrison workstations on the main floor and AutoStrada® in the private offices.

Morrison workstations and Calibre® lateral files give structure to the open plan while maintaining a light, airy feel. Clear top panels, white panel fabrics and Chadwick® chairs contribute to this aesthetic and brighten the interior work environment. Private offices at MMA are outfitted with AutoStrada AS-3 wall-based planning modules, Chadwick chairs and KnollStudio® Ricchio side chairs. The wood veneer works well with the general color scheme at MMA, while hanging overhead storage emphasizes lightness. Finally, legendary Sapper™ Executive chairs add a sophisticated edge to any conference room.
